Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

child suport

a us citizen married in usa with a b1b2 visa holder, they lived together in usa for four months but the husband, instead of sponsoring her wife for green card;abandant her helplessly in the state of pregnancy. the pregnant wife left for her country to arrange money and come back to take legal action against her husband. but she was not allowed to enter the usa and deported under i-275(application withdrawn). she has now a seven months old baby and helplessly living in her country. can she get child support. since the visa has also been cancelled, can she get the visa again to come to us. what she should do now. if she file a case in family court against her husband through an atorney,can she be called by the judge from her country to hear her. an early reply will be highly appreciated. thanks.

Your friend should contact the US Embassy in her home country and see if they can help establish a child support order. Remember the child is a U.S. citizen even if born abroad.

ofcorse she can apply for the visa but through legal attorney and also got the right to file a suit for expences both her and child in family court where she reside, a court is empower to execute the decree from his assets in paksiatn otherwise when he arrive in pakistan will be arrested .
