Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir,

I am Zeeshan from Karachi, Pakistan. I have one quiet complex issue to discuss with you. I have a one girl friend and She was got married in Ireland with one Hindu Bangladeshi boy for papers and visa only. At the time of marriage, my girl friend was Christian and that boy is Hindu. They had no physical relationships.

When I was in London, She came to see me from Ireland to London. Before, She was Christian and now she has turned into ISLAM. Now, I came back to Pakistan and she is in Ireland at the moment. She wants to come to Pakistan to get marry with me. I want to know from you that As she has become Muslim and she wants divorce from her husband and as per commitment that Bangladeshi boy already got a visa on her behalf. Kindly, let me know Can she apply for the divorce in Pakistan ?? Is there any law in Pakistan for the application of international divorce? and if that Bangladeshi boy do defense against her divorce application? So what is the other alternative and condition for her ?? She is facing a lot of mental stress and problems as she does not have enough money and she cant apply for the divorce in Ireland. Because the procedure is so complex and time taking in Ireland for divorce application. Sir, Please help me and find me some ways to take out her from the problem. We both love each other.

at the time she embrassed Islam, the marriage was dissolved as per islamic law. She can come here any time to contract marriage,

she can enter into marriage here in pakistan , but she can't be declared as wife in Ireland as per there laws, i.e. her marriage in pakistan will have no effect in ireland... as for as divorce is concerned she can't apply for divorce here in Pakistan .

dear brother marraige that girl is ended after converstion totrue religan of Islam now she is free according to islamic law to marry with any muslim at any time, but she required to move any other country and got marry and after that she will declare her previos marrige desolved through court on ground of become muslim and second marrige.
