i am geting divorce but if i go pakstan after divorce then my ex husband start custody case for my dughter then what?
what will happend ?
and what should i do?
please guid me what should i do.

Madam in this case you have the superior right. Your daughter will remain in your custody till her marriage; unless and until it has been proved by your ex-husband that you are not able to bring her up, and you cant educate her well.
