after khula ,is this necessory to file a case for baby girl custody.
court allowed baby girl to with her mother.
is there any more document necessory for child custody after khula?

what is the age of minor?
for custody of minor, father or mother must file a petition in guardian court. Normally court allow minor girl to live with her mother.
but if u r a mother it is my advice to u that u should seek a stay order from guardian court about the custody of ur girl, so that the father of minor child could remove it forcibly from your custody.
