Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

can we record someone phone call/conversation for court purposes specially when the other person does not know about this. I mean to say that can these recorded normal call be present to court for evidence? I have heard that it is illegal to record someone phone call/conversation and cannot be produced as evidence because of dishonest intentions.
