may i know the status of a child custody after his mother's death who will have this right?
a) Father.
b) maternal granparents.

father is the natural guardian, and entitles to the custody of the minor. but different circumstances may lead to other wise.

Father is natural Guardian. If dispute arises then the Court see the welfare on the minor which is is the tantamount consideration.
