Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My wife got khullah from me 1 year back.i have one child who is 2 years old and is residing with her mother.i filed a case for child visitation in the court and court ordered my wife to arrange meeting with my son on every 1st week of the month.she brought the son 2 times and after that she didnot appear in the court.My lawyer has filed execution for the decision but the execution case was delayed for four months as the judge of the concerned court was posted out.

Now after 4 months , i have been able to trace the judge in which i hve to complain abt my son meeting.Its been 7 months that i hvent met my son n court is unable to call them for unknown reasons.

i want to know can i file a child custody case as internationally if she doesnot allow me the meeting with the child , custody of child should be given to father.Please also lemme knwo what are the chances and grounds on which child custody case is filed

File a writ of Habeas Corpus in the Session court and you might get the custody of child that way.. It is a shortcut to success. For more do consult me at [email protected]
