Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan

Hi

I ran a small .com company with a partner. No agreements were signed. We had a fued and I basically walked away. Then after a few weeks I returned to see that all my access to the domain name and other assets were blocked.

Instead of fighting back I walked away again. This happened in the end of 2010. Now I want to sue him to get the company dissolved.

The ex partner is based in the UK while I lived in Dubai when this entire episode originated. Can I legally challenge my claim 22 months after the event?
