IN HIGH COURT

APPEAL PERIOD IS ONE MONTH AND THE PERIOD FOR NIGRANI IS THREE MONTH,

BUT WHAT IS THE DIFFRIENCE

pls read section 100 regarding appeal and 115 for the revision of Civil procedure code it depends upon the order passed by the court.

appeal is against the decree of final judgments

whwreas the revision against the orders may be before the final judgments and dcree.
