Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
what is a difference between a sale deed and and a sale agreement ?if a person is dead leaving a house whose lease was not transfer to him only a sale agreement is there what are the legal aspects?because power of is not valid after death.

sale agreement mean partly complete and partly remain un complete
sale deed that fully executed and complete
sale is defferent and lease is also different transaction
legal heirs can claim transfer of sale or lease after the death of their predessosr
