Does Haq Shufa exist any more in Pakistan?
What i heard from others, Haq Shufa means relatives have first right to purchase. If anybody sells property to any one other than who have first right to purchase, relatives can go to court and claim their rights under Haq Shufa.
Kindly advise in brief and oblige.

yes of course.
but it is now limited to the agriculture land.
even other than the relative, the nearest neighbour can claim this right.

there are three kinds of persons who can claim shufa.. Neighbours and other persons have such right when they establish it in the court of law.. Do consult me at legal-experts@live.com
