Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

need a law full naswer from all the laywer just to help me.i am working as a engineer in qatar i purchased a house and include together with me in registry my 2 brothers name.i have all the evidence of money and everything.and my father done second marrige and he is very jelus from me and he aaq me also.so he make a joint venture with my elder brother to captured my house.when i know that i file a civil suit of benami tansaction against my brothers.when my brothers knows then the younger one said to me i am with you and in court i will give a statmnet in ur favor.and the elder one dont present in court untill now and he together with my father file a civil suit against on us mean me and my younger brothers.kindly pls advise me what will be the ststus of both case........
