Section 17 of the registration act says that any immovable property having value more then Rs. 100 must be registered under Registration act.
That means if you have to purchase a property anywhere in Pakistan you need its registry. The second thing u need is transfer letter or mutation on your name. The third and most important thing is possession.For more u can consult me at legal-experts@live.com
