What is the meaning of vernacular terms "Shamlat" & "Khasra"?

(i)Vernacular:Being or characteristic of or appropriate to everyday language, for instance Urdu is vernacular language of Pakistanis
(ii) Khasra :is piece of land specified and given a number.
(iii)Shamlat Deh is the land which is used for the benefit of the village community or any part for the common purpose of the village.
