Mother has gifted her property (house) to younger son. Can elder brothers and sisters calim for their share?

you have not mentioned how do u know that there was a gist, was it a written one or the oral , was that made in the presence of witnesses. if written and your younger brother is in possession of the gift property than gift is complete but oral without witnesses ; than youhave a chance.
