Because of non-payment of dues my plot has been cancelled in a co-operative housing society. Can I go to Sindh Mohtasib or to a court. My understanding is that Mohtasib is cheaper and faster? I will appreciate your candid advise please.

civil remedy is also not so expensive , and it grants more direct, immediate and adequate relief.i suggest you immediately move the civil court.
