Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

sir,i have sold a piece of land for 700000rs by the permission of some of my relatives(permission got from only my brothers,not sisters),and in legal documents the sale price was written at 1000000rs for the buyers wish.but now my brothers have claimed the land back in the court under huq SHUFA .my question is how simple or difficult it will be for my brothers to get the land back,and can they get back the land by paying less than 1000000rs(amount written in documents)????????????????
