can a widow take the stay order against the sale of their house by her son who was gifted this house by her husband. Gift deed of the house is suspecious because the man was very ill in his last days, as the widow says.

if a person wills or gifts more then one third of his property to any person during the period of six months before his death then such will or gift is void according to the islamic law of inheritance.. oral gift is valid, but needs to be proven if challenged. In your case , something suspicious might have happened. you can challenge the gift factum.
