Legal Question in Social Security Law in Pakistan

I recently had my Facebook account disabled without warning or explanation from Facebook. Since then I have been unable to access the uploaded photos or images over 2000 photos with no backups. At the top of their Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms) it says that the user owns their photos and content.

Is this not contradictory to the practice of disabling accounts and keeping the data from being retrieved by the user. Facebook has the option for active accounts to be download, so there seems no reason not to allow disabled account holders to collect their uploaded content.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can get my content back from Facebook.. Theres also a 1200+ signees petition online of others with the same complaint.
