Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

My son has an Occupational limited license, he was pulled over and issued a ticket for violating the Occupational Limited License. He is due to get his full License back in 2 months. My question is: If he pleads guilty and pays the fine, will he still be able to get his license restored in 2 months?

No. The violation carries an additional suspension. Penndot is also going to recall the OLL, which your son will want to contest, depending on the facts of the stop. Your son should consult an attorney regarding this. Call me for a free consultation.
