Legal Question in Disability Law in Pennsylvania

not sure how much more bullying i can take

ive been loyal to my company for 3+ yrs w/out any negative feedback. in nov i was out for 3 wks on short term disability for depression. since my return i have been taken to HR several times by my manager for meeting her expectations. first i was too sad and now too happy. i have supervisors and coworkers who have told me that i am being discriminated for several factors and should seek council for 1. I'm openly gay 2. i'm being bullied and am being emotionally abused. now as of a week ago i am a Reduction In Force and had to reapply for my position with my manager. IF i am hired, my hours will be cut in 1/2. I was told that i have until 3/23 to ''prove'' that i am quailified for my job that I have been in for over 3 years. I'm not sure how much more I can take. Its consuming my life.

It sounds like you may be discriminated due to a disability or perceived disability. You also might be facing gender discrimination. You should contact an attorney. You also should consider filing a claim with the Pennsylvania Human relations commision or the EEOC. However you should act fast as there are stsutory periods for filing. If you would like to schedule an appointment with my office call to schedule a consultation.
