I have my kids all day and also on the days I am off overnight is there anything I can do to help with me to pay lower child support

They only count overnights. If the kids stay with you at least 146 nights per year (40%) you can have your support reduced according to a formula set out in the support rules (basically you subtract 30% from the percentage of time they spend with you and your share of the support is reduced by the resulting percentage) got that?

But they only count overnights. However if they really are with you a great deal of time but not overnight the Hearing Officer still has the discretion to give you a break. Not as much of a break.
