How does one find out where the individual we have judgement against has bank accounts?

The specifics of it may vary based on where the judgment was obtained, but generally speaking, you will need to take discovery in aid of execution. That would be issuing interrogatories or requests for production of documents, or possibly issuing notices of depositions or subpoenas to people who would have the information about location of defendants' assets subject to execution (such as the bank accounts).
