Legal Question in Banking Law in Pennsylvania

I would like to press charges against a company that charged my bank card illega

A website/company charged my bank card (Visa/Check Card) a fee for their website (Dating Playground.com) - a site which I have never been to. I do not give my personal data out on the internet and do not know how they received my personal banking information.

This has happened to me more than once - and someone, somewhere, needs to make an example of these types of people.

The first time is was $20, my bank did nothing. Now it's $50 - and I don't want to turn my back on this.

Who can I contact for help?

Thank you.

It appears that someone has your credit card number. I suggest you immediately cancel that card. Someone has illegally used your card and for you to continue to maintain it is illogical and dangerous. Report this to the credit card and ask for a new account. The matter needs to be investigated because it is highly unlikely that a business would use your credit card unless a person has given the card number. This is what is called identity theft.
