Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania

bankruptcy

after discharge what property is in the custody of the trustee? I objected to the trustee's report and was ''granted relief to pursue the debtor's assets except those in custody of the trustee''. This debtor has about $750,000.00 in exemptions listed on his schedule. Am I free to attempt to take those assets?

Re: bankruptcy

The language used is confusing. Did you object to the Debtor receiving a discharge? The only Trustee's report that an interested party would object to would be a proposed distribution.
