Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pennsylvania
I am involved in a foreclosure. The attorney could not prove the note as well I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy. The Plaintiff filed suggestion of bankruptcy filed on 1/13/2011 & on 6/15/2011 they are filing SUGGESTION OF BANKRUPTCY AS TO DEFENDANTS FILED. They did not try to lift the automatic stay- the trustee said that they did not contact him at all. I am lost here. Any help is greatly appreciated.
