Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

I have developed my own website with real time odds, reports, customer service etc., for larger bookies on a local level. There will be no money exchanged throughout the site only the weekly fee that the bookies will pay. Is this legal?

If legal, is it also legal to advertise for customers?

Thanks, any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

So long as you are not accepting any wagers, but merely providing information, I see no reason why this would be illegal. Similarly, if you are only advertising for customers to receive current odds, I see no problem with this either. After all, the newspapers print the odds for sporting events everyday. How is what you are doing any different? One caveat--This is my opinion only, and it is based on my understanding of the law. To protect yourself, you may want to consult your own attorney and obtain a written opinion letter.
