Home Repairs/Remodeling
We signed a contract for home repairsand removations and paid $5,000. deposit. Shortly after the work began the contractor died. (August 2004) Some of the work was completed and we paid an additional $3,000. as agreed to in the contract. We wrote a letter to the estate. We have not heard from anyone. The contractor was incorporated.
