Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania

What's better.... Incorporating or forming a LLC

I am currently venturing on forming an Independent Record Label in the state of PA. I wanted to know would this type of business be better formed as Inc or LLC in PA (or DE)?

The best approach is to consult with an attorney and accountant to review your particular situation and objectives. That being said I believe that you should consider a LLC in Pennsylvania rather than Delaware intially if you are to operate in Pennsylvania. It gives you more flexibility and has good tax advantages. If I can be of any assistance, please let me know. I can check the availability of the name you desire for the entity and order your company books no matter where you are located in Pennsylvania at a very reasonable price. Call me for details. Re: What's better.... Incorporating or forming a LLC

The corporation (Inc.) and limited liability company (LLC) forms of organization are available in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. Delaware is popular because it has minimal corporate taxes and a well-developed body of corporate law. It may be the best choice if you intend to do business in multiple states. You still would need to register the business in Pennsylvania, if that is where the business is located and operating. If you are focusing your business on Pennsylvania only, it may be best simply to organize the company there.

I am admitted to practice in both states; please feel free to contact me if you want to discuss the pros and cons of each state.
