slander deflimation of character/sexual harrassment/retaliation

I have a boss that tried to do things to me sexual, I turned him down and now he is treating me different and retaliating against me to push me out of my job. he has another employee saying that I said things that I did not and accusing me of harassing this employee

From the few facts you've given, it sounds like you may have a case against your boss for sexual harassment. There are strict time limits in which you have to bring a case, so you should meet with an attorney immediately.
