Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

Gilty untill proven inosent

My friend was taken to court for verbal harasment. He was convicted purly on the girls testomony and statments from her friends. His witnesses were not aloud to give a statment or even come before the judge. This was an unfair trail and I need help to help my friend.

Re: Gilty untill proven inosent

If the proceeding was done in the District Magistrates'Office and was a summary charge you must appeal within 30 days of the hearing. The appeal form may be gotten form the Magistrates' Office.
