Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

If an intoxicated person claims she was violated ,names a name and tells a story that if anyone applied common sense too finds to be ridiculous, can a police officer make a decision to arrest you without any investigation whatsoever, ie were you even in the country etc, etc what are an american citizens rights?

Yes. And you will have to hire an attorney who can get this dismissed or get acquitted. And after you win, you can then sue the girl for malicious prosecution. You may also be able to sue the officers/police deparment for failing to do any kind of rape kit test to see if you had sex with the woman or any other kind of investigation.

Geeze - this sounds like Ben Roethlisberger's situtation. You are not him, are you? Just kidding. He got the criminal charges dropped.
