Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania
road use
I live on my mothers ground in a trailer its been here for 20 years or more but the road we use is on our relatives ground, now they are trying to stop us from using it , can they do it or not? thank you

its called an easement. you may have an easement if either it is the only road to your property or if it is the most direct way in. i don't think they can do this. you should repost your question to a real property or real estate lawyer. i do civil rights and this stuff can get a little complex. good luck. let me know the answer when you find it.
