Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

I do understand that the statements listed are coming from a 15 yr old but I am taking them seriously! My stepsons mother had stated to him that once he turns 18, she is going to beat the sh&* out of me. That even if she doesn\'t she has friends who are very willing. This statement has been made to him a few times. We have a long history of hating each other but no threats until now. I am not sure how to handle the verbal threat and I do believe she will take action. Granted, its not for another 2 1/2 yrs but I\'m sure she\'s planning it out since she has said it to him multiple times. What are my options...is there legal action...should I just let it go? Plus, he doesn\'t want me telling her I know this for the fear of being grounded, yelled out, etc.! Thanks, I\'m just terribly upset and it is causing some emotional stress for me.

I'm confused by your question and unable to answer it. You may want to clarify this or ask another attorney to answer it. As I understand the question, you are asking about threats of violence 2 1/2 years in the future. I can't think of any action that would be appropriate at this point.
