Legal Question in Technology Law in Pennsylvania

Contract law

What remedy or areas of cost negotiation options are available to the small manufacturer who entered into a (unfortunately) vague contract with a software company and is seems to be taken for a ride. The project is already doubled it's estimate and may go higher. We seem to be at their mercy.

Re: Contract law

Depending upon the specifics of the contract, there may be options and remedies available to you. I would need to know more about the contract and the situation to be more definitive. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss.

Re: Contract law

The only answer possible in these circumstances is to advise you to bring the contract and all correspondence to an attorney in your area who has the requisite expertise to analyze a contract dealing with computer software.

Best wishes,
