Legal Question in Technology Law in Pennsylvania

filming in a store such as walmart, or mcdonalds

I was wondering what the law says about filming in stores. I know you have to get permission from everyone that shows up on camera if you are selling the video for profit but what if you are not selling it for profit, but posting it on a site like youtube or something? Also what if someone from the store asks you to stop filming yet you keep filming? can the company sue you?

You asked about filming on private property.

No, the company probably won't sue you. They will have you arrested and prosecuted for trespassing. Property isn't public just because the public is allowed in.
