Legal Question in Technology Law in Pennsylvania

I belong to an online doll collectors dicussion group. We talk about whether we like certain artists dolls, prices, etc. A person joined the group, and is threatening to sue the adminitrator of the online forum, saying that she was slandered because we didn't like her dolls. We are all from different states, and many are in other countries, as well. Can this woman actually sue anyone ??? The only thing ever said about her was opinions of the dolls she makes. No one said anything anywhere other than in this online forum... it seems ridiculous to me, considering that no one uses their real name even ! WHO could she sue ? Thank you !
