Legal Question in Technology Law in Pennsylvania

Online Business

I'm starting an online business (sole proprietorship). Are there any legal fees/government/state regulations/licenses that I should be aware of? I do know that there are state taxes involved. Thank you.

In addition to what was pointed out by Mr. Pepper, you may also want to consider the use of a corporate entity.
