Posting pictures on page without permission.

I had a myspace page and my page and pictures were set to private. Somehow, someone got some of my pics even though they were not on my contact list. they posted a pic of my daughter as their default setting, which shows up on top of page. I also have a custody agreament that says this person is to have no contact with said child. What can be done.

You can have an attorney send a cease and desist letter for relatively cheaply. In the context of MySpace image use, this usually works very well, and does not cost very much compared to filing suit against the person and seeking an injunction.
