Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pennsylvania

I and 4 other students wore a shirt to school that said not guilty after a case was dissmissed with me and another student. the school suspened us for 3 days, me ten took away my prom and graduation and cited us all with harassment charges.. this has been on the news.. we are waiting for a verdict on the t shirts.. i missed memorible things that i can not get back, once in a life time opportinutys.. Would violated speech, mental disstress and defimation of chrater stand in court? Do you think i have a good case?

I would add in fraud as they have also failed to educate you in the fine points of spelling and English grammar. A person who is going to graduate should be able to write a simple paragraph. Clearly you can not and yet you have met the requirements to "graduate" high school.

No you case is weak at best. No one would understand your complaint.

Personally I think the school should give you another chance to go the prom after you learn basic English. Which hopefully should be completed if you attend summer school and do another year of high school.
