OK, I'll bite how did the Senator not follow the Constitution? Assuming he did what you accuse him of then what do you want to happen?

Not successfully. A court cannot tell a senator how to vote on particular bills any more than a senator can tell a court how to decide particular cases. That's what separation of powers is all about.

There are other reasons why the type of lawsuit you describe would fail.
