madgestrates hearing

hi i live in luzerne county,pa and recently had a madgestrate hearing in wich i retained a lawyer for .my lawyer called the madgestrate judge 3 times starting at 8 a.m. to let him know he was being held up in court \a higher court he said and to post pone my trial time was at 9:30 a.m. \at the time i didnt know this and when i was called i explained i was waiting for my lawyer he refused to wait and when it came time for the hearing he didnt place anyone under oath at all he wouldnt listen to my defense he refused witness testimony as well the charges were for disorderly conduct wich i was found not guilty but i was supposed to get my 300 dollars reimbursed from the plantiff and he wouldnt hear me at all or my witness and then he said terrible things about me in court as well .\it was a buissness and i couldnt reaturn a uniform because my job hours conflicted the time when i could return the uniform so he said he didnt care how long i worked i was very unproffesional and made me look bad in court )any advice on this i dont feel he should have talked like that to me and he should have gave me a chance to defend but he should have postponed due to my lawyer niot being present thanx -upsetin pa

With in 30 days you have the right to appeal to common pleas court. It will be a trial de novo, that is a new trial nothing that happened at the DJ matters. It can't be brought up.
