Post pictures

Do i have the right to post pictures on my website that i have taken or other people have taken if they have given me permission to post them? these pics are taken of students on college campus's. these students have not given written permission for these to be posted.

is the answer different if underage drinking is involved?

Photographs taken in public, and not used for commercial purposes [no money involved], may be properly displayed if the context does not defame the subject and is not used in connection with an illegal purpose, without the permission of the subject. Photographs used for a commercial purpose, or taken in a private context, may not be used unless the user has the written permission of the subject, and pays whatever compensation is demanded or agreed upon. Photographs depicting minors may not be used for any purpose without the written permission of the minor's parent or guardian. Posting photographs of minors performing illegal acts is prohibited, with or without permission.
