Under Pennsylvania state law what legal rights does a contractor have it a customer stops the work being performed on a job while the customer is under contract with that contractor?

If you had a contract with a subcontractor, and they didn't perform their duties of the contract, you can sue them for breach of contract. Depending on the result of the breach, the contractor may entitled to damages. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
