Legal Question in Construction Law in Pennsylvania

traveling

If you are hired in one state can the company force you to work out of state for example Alabama? We usually work within a 60 mile radius. Now I can lose my job if I don't go to Alabama. Is this right?

The company can move the job from state to state; if you elect not to move, you are eligible for Unemployment benefits.
