Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

If a company over-charges my credit card beyond what is on my invoice, but has a clause in their terms of service that states "that in no event will we have financial liability to you" can I still pursue damages?

Facts to sketchy suggest you review agreement with an attorney. It would seem that if you were not correctly charged you should request a refund of or if you have not paid question the charge by contacting your credit card company. In any event you should review the matter with an attorney.
