Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania
My ex-wife has a car in her name that I co-signed for.I would like my name removed as co-signer, what can be done if she herself refuses to remove me.Is there any legal action I can take to get my name taken off?

No, the lender won't allow it. It does not matter what your wife wants.
