Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
I attended a trade school a few years ago and ran a bill of about 13grd of student loans...question
Since it was all under a business name(captial letters)how do I go about not paying it back and it won't affect me to doing future business with USA CORP.
