collection of fees

A client owes over $1000. I recently learned she has

received payment from her insurance company but has

not forwarded money to me. What recourse do I have?

Does insurance company have any responsibility?

Does her keeping the money count as fraud?

In order to be paid you must institute a legal action. You may file with a District Justice in your area on your own. The have small claim jurisdiction up to $8,000.
