Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Can a company in SC use a lawyer [not licenced in NJ, but has an address there from what I've seen thus far ]..... to sue someone in PA - lawyer is licenced in PA somehwere, and does the lawyer have the licencing to sue anywhere in the state?

Ypur question is very confusing. If you are asking do you need to be a NJ atty to sue someone in NJ, yes. Do you need to be a PA atty to sue someone in PA, yes. Do you need to be a SC atty to sue someone in SC, yes.
